Overview

Hallberg-Rassy Kutter 94 “Issy of Etive” (1987) a beautifully crafted and meticulously maintained classic motorsailer. Previously owned by a professional yacht surveyor, she has a long history of careful upkeep and is regularly wintered ashore. “Issy” combines the ruggedness of a long-keel Scandinavian hull with a pilothouse-protected cockpit, extra hand rails, safe cockpit access, and thoughtfully positioned grab points, making her a secure yacht for all ages and abilities.

This yacht comes with comprehensive upgrades and modern systems: in-mast reefing, AIS (new in 2022) bow thruster, electric windlass, 4-man liferaft (new 2023), serviced sails with new sacrificial strips and leech lines, and a new tricolour masthead light (2025). Her decks have been professionally serviced, and all work is documented with invoices. Delivered from the Hallberg Rassy yard with additional hatches, shelving by the cabin bunks, and extra tankage for fuel and water, she is ready for safe, comfortable cruising.

Currently on a mooring Carrick Roads and available to view “Issy of Etive” represents a rare opportunity for a new owner seeking a safe, seaworthy, and versatile yacht equally suited for offshore passages or relaxed estuary cruising.
