Overview
A very well presented Bowman 40. The build of this yacht was commissioned by the first owner and delivered in 1989. He then carried out final fit using his own facilities. She was put into commission in late 91 and after 18 months of very light use she was bought by the current owner in 1993.
The current owner focused on upgrading the mechanical and electrical fit out and set her up for blue water cruising as intended. She has been regularly cruised under his 30 year ownership.
Cutter rigged with no teak decks, her recent upgrades have included, but are not limited to, a new Beta engine, wind generator, head sail and staysail.
‘Vagrant of Clyde’ should be a serious contender for any blue water yacht buyer..
