Overview
Hallberg-Rassy Kutter 94 “Issy of Etive” is a beautifully built and carefully maintained classic motorsailer. Previously owned by a professional yacht surveyor, she has benefited from consistent, knowledgeable care throughout her life and is regularly wintered ashore.
Designed around a robust long-keel Scandinavian hull, “Issy” offers reassuring handling and excellent seakeeping. The pilothouse-protected cockpit, additional handrails, safe cockpit access, and well-placed grab points make her a secure and confidence-inspiring yacht for sailors of all ages and abilities.
She is well equipped with a strong list of upgrades and modern systems, including in-mast reefing, AIS, bow thruster, electric windlass, liferaft, serviced sails with renewed sacrificial strips and leech lines, and a tricolour masthead light. Her decks have been professionally serviced, with all work fully documented by invoices.
From new, she was specified directly from the Hallberg-Rassy yard with extra hatches, additional shelving by the cabin bunks, and increased fuel and water tankage. These thoughtful upgrades enhance comfort, practicality, and cruising range, making her well suited to extended time aboard.
Currently ashore in St Winnow, Fowey and available to view, “Issy of Etive” presents a rare opportunity to acquire a safe, seaworthy, and versatile yacht equally capable of offshore passages or relaxed cruising in sheltered waters.
