Overview
The Westerly Tempest is a highly regarded design by Ed Dubois, with a modern hull shape and two double aft cabins. The aft cabins allow the forward end of the boat to be split into an excellent full-width heads, and a large sail/gear locker with access from both heads and deck.
The combination of shallow draft, easy handling and good sailing performance, make the Tempest the ideal choice for coastal cruising, but also fully capable of safe offshore passages.
‘Troubadour’ is an excellent example, featuring a recent Volvo D1 20 engine (installed 2020 / 110 hours) and a full replacement of the standing rigging in 2019. She is in sail away condition, ready for new adventures this summer.
