Overview

The Sun Fast 37 is well regarded as a stiff and responsive yacht that balances performance sailing with comfortable cruising amenities. The design features a fractional rig, a deep fin keel with lead bulb for increased stability, and all sail control lines led back to the cockpit.

‘Blue Tack’ is a good example which has been optimised for cruising, with a new in-mast furling system in 2021 making sail handling reassuringly simple. She has the preferred three-cabin layout, which offers accommodation for up to eight adults, with the saloon berth conversion.

Recent upgrades include a new genoa (2025), new engine mounts (2025), new propeller (2025), new mast and standing rigging (2021).
