Overview
A rare opportunity to acquire a Bowman 45, a true modern classic of British yacht design and craftsmanship. Piano was built by Bowman Yachts Ltd and first commissioned following her display at the 1995 London Boat Show. Designed by Chuck Paine, she combines a fine entry and well-balanced hull form with the strength, seakeeping, and performance for which Bowman and Rustler yachts are renowned.
Fast, immensely capable, and reassuringly robust, this Bowman 45 has cruised extensively in European, Atlantic, Caribbean and USA waters under three meticulous owners. Professionally refitted by Rustler Yachts in 2009, she has been maintained to a high standard and is fully equipped for extended bluewater cruising or comfortable liveaboard life for a couple or small family.
Her cutter rig, moderate draft, and easily handled sail plan make her ideal for short-handed voyaging, while her spacious interior with two double cabins, two heads, additional pipe-cots, and generous storage makes her equally suited to long-term passage making.
Currently lying in Solomans, Maryland (Chesapeak), USA, she is available for viewings by prior arrangement with her owners.
