Designed by Mortain and Mavrikios, they created a perfect combination of being comfortably sailed by a couple or family, and huge interior volume for a yacht of her size. In only 4 years of manufacture, Dufour Yachts built over 400 of the 36 Classic hulls as they were so popular. The sloop rig fully battened mainsail and roller furling genoa give her a solid upwind performance. All control lines are led back to the cockpit for ease of handling and the helm gives a responsive feel. Condition and Ownership Piccolo has been well maintained by her current and previous owners. Recent upgrades include a synthetic teak side deck, Harken furler, and Eno gas hob.
