Design and Pedigree

1990 Rustler 36 “Galliard”: a classic long-keel cruiser that beautifully blends traditional craftsmanship with modern sailing design. Built for serious passage-making, she combines elegance, seaworthiness, and comfort in equal measure. With encapsulated lead ballast, robust construction, and a reputation for handling heavy weather with ease, the Rustler 36 is a proven bluewater yacht.

Maintenance

Galliard is freshly out of a significant refit. The teak side decking has been removed and in its place is low maintenance paint. The standing rigging has been replaced, some fresh running rigging installed and some renewed plumbing as required.

Galliard has been lovingly maintained and upgraded by her current owners, featuring a new Yanmar engine (2021), new bow thruster (2023), and a host of cruising comforts including Eberspacher heating, hot pressurised water and shore power. This stunning Rustler 36 is in turnkey condition and ready for her next adventure.
